What we’re looking for

In one sentence, we’re looking for someone technical, that loves talking to customers as much as they love shipping code, someone who can turn messy onboarding into scalable product wins.

  • You have 2-3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as sales engineering, solutions engineering, or customer success.
  • You have 2-3+ years of experience building backend or data-driven systems (Python, Node, or similar) and shipping production code that customers rely on.
  • Experienced in supporting pre-sales efforts, including technical Q&A, demos, and solutioning.
  • You have previous experience working in finance, accounting, or a related domain, and understand the workflows behind QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting.
  • You are confident working directly with finance leaders, ops managers, and consultants to translate their pain into productized dashboards.
  • You are skilled with APIs, ETL, and databases, and know how to stitch systems together and make them scale.
  • You thrive in ambiguity, take action quickly, and get energy from wearing multiple hats in a startup.
  • You can clearly explain what you build, demo it to customers, and capture insights that feed back into the product.

What you’ll do

  • Lead technical demos & analytics audit calls with customers (CFO’s, Controllers, Ops Leaders) and translate their pain into clean product solutions.
  • Turn data from spreadsheets, Accounting Software, CRMs, and other APIs into dashboards that deliver instant insight.
  • Ship reusable templates so every client setup makes the next one faster.
  • Own technical implementation and onboarding: faster customer go-live = faster MRR for us.
